We are pleased to announce that Navigata Communications has recently acquired the assets of On Call Internet Services, which ensures you will
continue to receive affordable web and Internet services.
About Navigata
Navigata is a BC-based communications service provider with a 53-year history delivering customized voice, data and Internet solutions over an extensive telecommunications network to businesses and communities in BC and across Canada, including Kamloops, Kelowna, Greater Vancouver, Terrace, Prince George, Williams Lake, and Fort St. John. We have been offering competitive local, long distance and Internet services to the Kamloops area since 1993, and are committed to helping people and businesses find better ways to connect, collaborate and communicate.
How does this change affect me?
We appreciate On Call's legacy as a community leader providing locally-supported Internet services, and plan to continue On Call's tradition by maintaining a local, Kamloops-based office and staff. You can continue to call 250.376.3858, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM, for both technical support and general inquiries.
Invoice payments can be made by mailing a cheque to On Call at 1158 8th Street, Kamloops, BC V2B 2Y2. During the transition period, online payments via the ocis.net web site are temporarily unavailable. Invoice payments by pre-authorized credit/debit will continue - although there may be a slight delay in processing the November payments.
As a result of the asset purchase, Navigata now maintains the personal information that was previously collected by On Call Internet Services. We will only use or disclose this information as permitted by and in accordance with the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act. A copy of our privacy policy is attached and also available on the ocis.net web site.
Access more advanced communications services
Over the next few months we will be performing network upgrades to allow us to connect On Call's existing customers to the larger Navigata network and offer you a variety of advanced communications services.
